New Construction in Seattle

There are many benefits to buying new construction—less maintenance, warranty, and usually less competition—and since I have many clients looking exclusively for that, I compiled a list of active projects in the Puget Sound area. This list covers construction as far north as Bothell/Lynnwood and as far south as Georgetown/Renton. In this hot market, homes are selling fast, and offering on presale can give us a competitive edge to eliminate the competition. If you’re driving around a neighborhood and see construction going on, send me a picture or the rough location and I’m happy to not only find out who the builder is but will reach out to see if we can offer before it hits the market. There are many nuances to buying new construction, including navigating their builders' addendum/contract, so please reach out to me to make sure you’re protected.

Builders are offering high incentives with rebates up to 3% that can be applied towards closing costs. Additionally, we are seeing similar model homes sell for 10-20% below their peak from early 2023.
